Welcome to the Digital Faith Community Support pages. There are several resources to help you build and maintain your website. You will find PDF files, videos, and other information here to help make your DFC experience great!

Who to Call
Bill Monk runs our Help Desk. The best way to reach Bill is by e-mail. Bill spends a good part of the day on the phone doing training sessions and helping to fix issues by phone. Using e-mail helps him better to schedule his time, and to spend quality time with you working on your issues. If you e-mail him and he can not solve your issue by e-mail, Bill will set up an appointment with you. Bill's main responsibilities are:
